Description

This is a dry Riesling that was kept in barrel for one year on its gross lees and went through malolactic fermentation. Stylistically it’s very different from most of  white wines, especially  Rieslings. It’s a nod to the style of winemaking back in the last 1800’s to early 1920’s in the Mosel Valley, when Riesling was made in a dry style.
