Grown from 35 year-old certified-organic Bobal vines at 900 meters around the town of El Ardal in Utiel-Requena. The terroir is red clay. After a cold maceration, the wine is produced saignée and fermented in stainless steel. A lovely, clean, brilliant raspberry colour. Fruity and intense on the nose with well-defined varietal aromas. Fresh on the palate with pleasant flavours. Well-structured.
